Our 2010 Syndicates are now open - CLICK HERE for more details
FEBRUARY 2010
February has started with the purchase of a Motivator filly (see picture) and a With Approval Colt. Both youngsters are spectacularly good looking and will now spend the next months growing on our fertile pastures. If you want to visit them, or any of our horses please CONTACT US
In other news, Hurricane Spear continues to train well - he is currently on the gallops twice a week and is ridden out everyday. He is likely to be a late-season starter due to the lack of suitable distances for 2 year olds in the earlier part of the season. We have been asked by Amanda Perrett to allow him to gallop "upsides" her 2 year olds and there has been interest in him from a number of world renowned trainers - we will announce his full training placement once the syndicate members have discussed the options.
JANUARY 2010
Happy New Year - and as you will see we are in the grips of snow here at our farm!
- However the horses remain in training and we are using our indoor facilities, local all-weather tracks and the local beaches to maintain the work regime.
- We have been able to secure a nomination for Fangfoss Girls to the superb sprint sire Piccolo - and she will go to stud at the end of February. Shares are available in what we believe will be a great brood-mare.
We are offering great LOW-COST, ALL-INCLUSIVE shares in two super horses for 2010.
- Hurricane Spear is in our pre-training academy and looks set to enter full training in the early spring.
- Dancealot Lady has been rested over winter but will re-enter training for her 3 Year old season in February. She has maintained her fitness well. We expect to see races for her in May at the latest and her maturity will allow better distances than she had as a 2 Year Old.
