A striking mare, Indie retired from racing nearly 8 years ago.  She was a fast 2 year old and raced 5 times on the flat and over hurdles,  before being re-trained as a showjumper and general hack. She has a quiet manner with a competitive streak and a scopey jump.
She is well-bred to be fast and is used as a lead horse on the gallops - where she remains a force to beat for the youngsters. From a classic family, she is set to visit her first stallion in 2012.  She is owned by Sarah Matheson.

From a fast family Prime Defender (Bertolini) is a tough Gr.2 winning sprinter won 8 races and was placed 21 times (trained by Barry & Charlie Hills).  Winner over 5 - 7 furlongs.
